We offer a variety of unique fraternity, sorority, HBCU designs as well as other items that will help you to stand out in the crowd. For the frats and sororities, you know your own journey into your organizations. You know the blood, sweat and tears that you have shed (I know we do). Our goal is to help you REPRESENT in the styles that everyone else is not wearing. We all love our HBCU's unfortunately not all stores love us! So allow us to show you some LOVE

COLORS We make every effort to display as accurately as possible all merchandise on our website. However, actual color portrayal varies on monitors. We cannot guarantee the display of color. Colors, and dye lots MAY vary.

Delivery Options: Standard Delivery: Order by 3:00p.m. Eastern. An order that is in stock and placed on-line will usually be on the way to you the next business day. (Monday - Friday, not on holiday). * Most items are shipped UPS and should be arrive in 7 to 14 business days. * Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. * Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered via USPS
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express Service (add $25 per standard delivery charge) provides 2 - 3 day delivery for in stock items, guaranteed. * Express Delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, heavy or oversized items, Alaska or Hawaii * Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all merchandise. * Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. * Shipping cost is based on the amount of your order. * Backordred items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost, via UPS or USPS
CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders (Dickies, sweatshirts, line shirts) take approximately 30 days from order approval of customer.
RETURN POLICY We must be notified within seven (7) days of shipment receipt of any items that need to be returned. E-mail us regarding issue with merchandise. Customer will receive a response to e-mail with a return number. Re-pack and ship merchandise back to us within seven (7) days of e-mail receipt. Any merchandise returned after specified time will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
EXCHANGES The Crimson Gorilla will not accept exchanges on stock merchandise after 7 days of receipt of shipment. On SALE/CLEARANCE merchandise, all sales are final.
REFUNDS Refunds are not provided on custom merchandise (important to verify custom orders). Refunds for stock merchandise: please allow 14 business days for processing. Please note, for security reasons we serve to protect you and MichaelMadisonDesign.com from any possible fraudulent matters we do not charge back refunds to credit cards.
